First Evaluation year
We now have an overview of the preliminary outcomes of the evaluation based on the first year's work (April 2003 - December 2003). At this early stage the evaluation does not report systematically on outcomes in each of the five focus areas. However, some clear trends are beginning to emerge, and some valuable lessons have been learnt in relation to the process of project roll-out and implementation.
