Claire and Jennifer investigated how using email might improve operational communication with employers and partners in the arrangement of work placements for childcare students. Use of email for this purpose has resulted in time and cost savings, and has facilitated the college's communication of events, developments and opportunities. Employers are also becoming more proactive and using the email contacts to inform the college of changes and ideas.
