FE17: Evaluating e-mentoring: researching a second cycle of the process

Study relates to FE8 and FE9, and looks at the impact of using e-mentoring between Year 1 and 2 students on a CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education, with a second cohort of students. The project involved three Year 2 students e-mentoring six Year 1 students who were deemed to be at risk of dropping out. It aimed to improve retention levels. None of the students involved in the e-mentoring project dropped out.
